We aim to respond to all general enquiries within 1–2 business days. For urgent matters, we recommend calling our office directly during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Media requests and donation-related queries are prioritised and typically receive a response within 24 hours.

Beyond our National Headquarters in New Delhi, we maintain regional offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. We also have active field teams operating across rural districts in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha, and Tamil Nadu. Members of the press are welcome to contact our Media & Communications team directly at media@mastersassociation.org. Please include your name, media outlet, publication deadline, and a brief description of the story angle. Our team will respond within one business day. We also maintain a press kit with high-resolution images, fact sheets, and spokesperson bios — available on request.

Yes, we welcome visits from donors, partners, journalists, and prospective volunteers to our active project sites. To protect the communities we serve, all visits require prior scheduling and clearance. Please write to programs@mastersassociation.org with your visit purpose, proposed dates, and the number of people in your group. We typically require a minimum of 7 working days' notice.
