Four focused pillars driving lasting change — in classrooms, clinics, homes and fields — across the communities that need it most.
Every initiative is rooted in community need, guided by data and sustained by local ownership. Explore the areas where your support creates measurable, lasting change.
Access to quality education remains one of the most powerful levers for breaking the cycle of poverty. Our community learning centres bring structured, joyful learning to children in remote and underserved villages, staffed by trained educators and equipped with libraries, digital labs and play-based learning kits that make every classroom a place children look forward to.
We run dedicated digital literacy programmes that introduce students as young as eight to computers, internet safety and coding fundamentals. In partnership with state education departments, we have supported teacher training across 1,200+ government schools, improving pedagogy and classroom management skills that directly lift student outcomes and retention rates to 95%.
Recognising that financial pressure forces many families to withdraw children mid-year, we offer merit-cum-need scholarships, school supply kits and bridge courses specifically designed for dropout children aged 10–16 — bringing them back into the mainstream learning fold and onto a pathway toward secondary and higher education.
In hundreds of remote villages, the nearest doctor can be a two-hour journey away. Our fleet of mobile health vans dissolves that distance, delivering primary care, diagnostics, medicines and specialist teleconsultations directly to doorsteps. Each van operates on a fixed village-rotation schedule, ensuring continuity and community trust that grows visit by visit.
Maternal and child health lies at the heart of our healthcare mission. We operate antenatal care camps, safe delivery support, postnatal nutrition counselling and infant immunisation drives that have achieved a 98% immunisation coverage rate across our programme villages — one of the highest in the region. Our nutrition rehabilitation centres address severe acute malnutrition in children under five with therapeutic feeding and parental education.
Recognising the invisible burden of mental health in rural communities, we have trained 600+ community health workers to identify, refer and accompany individuals experiencing depression, anxiety and trauma. Our mental health support network ensures no one in the community faces their struggles alone, pairing compassionate listening with structured referral pathways to district hospitals and tele-psychiatry services.
When a woman is empowered, her family, her children and her community rise with her. Our women's empowerment programme builds from this truth, anchoring every intervention in local self-help groups (SHGs) that give women a safe space to save collectively, borrow affordably and make decisions that shape their own futures.
We offer vocational training in tailoring, food processing, handicrafts, beauty services and nursery management — skills chosen through community consultation so they align with real market demand. Our microfinance partnerships provide working capital loans at fair interest rates, while our business development facilitators mentor new women entrepreneurs through their first year of operations, achieving a 70% average income increase among programme graduates.
Legal awareness camps teach women their rights under property law, domestic violence legislation and constitutional provisions. We partner with district legal services authorities to ensure survivors have access to free legal aid. Confidence-building workshops, public speaking training and leadership programmes prepare women to step into panchayat and village committee roles, magnifying their voice in decisions that affect their entire community.
Sustainable livelihoods are the foundation upon which all other development gains rest. Our livelihood programme works with farming families, rural artisans and young job-seekers to transform precarious incomes into stable, growing enterprises through training, technology and collective action.
Farmer training centres in 12 districts teach climate-resilient agriculture, organic farming, water-efficient irrigation and soil health management. We connect farmers directly to government schemes, agricultural credit and certified seed suppliers — eliminating the middlemen who have historically extracted the most value from their labour. Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) bring growers together into 800+ cooperatives, giving them market negotiating power that individual smallholders could never achieve alone, resulting in an average income multiplication of 3x within two years of joining a programme.
Our skill development centres offer certified courses in construction trades, electronics repair, garment manufacturing and hospitality — training pathways aligned with placement partnerships we have established with 250+ employers. Artisan cooperative clusters in block-print textiles, pottery and bamboo crafts receive design support, quality certification and e-commerce marketplace linkages that connect their products to buyers across India and internationally.
