"When a woman is empowered, her family, community, and nation rise with her"
For over two decades, The Masters Association has championed women's rights, economic independence, and social standing — building a movement from the grassroots up.
Across vocational, financial & leadership programs
Active SHGs across 12 states in India
Average household income growth after program completion
Our Self-Help Group (SHG) programme is the backbone of women's empowerment. By forming collectives of 10–20 women, we create safe spaces for collective action, shared savings, and mutual support that grow into powerful community institutions.
Market-aligned vocational courses give women the skills to earn independently — whether through employment or self-employment. Each course is designed in consultation with local industry to ensure genuine placement opportunities upon completion.
Financial exclusion remains a primary barrier for rural women. Our microfinance and literacy programme bridges this gap — placing economic tools directly in women's hands and building lifelong habits of saving, investing, and planning.
A woman who knows her rights cannot be silenced. Our legal literacy and leadership programme arms women with knowledge of the law and the confidence to exercise it — from the household to the Panchayat.
Numbers that represent real women, real families, real futures transformed.
Active micro-enterprises started and run by programme graduates
Of our SHG members now hold elected Panchayat or committee positions
Women have accessed zero-interest capital through TMA's microfinance programme
Behind every statistic is a story of courage, resilience, and transformation.
"Before TMA came to our village, I had never touched a passbook. Today I lead a group of 18 women, manage our collective savings of ₹2.4 lakh, and sit on the block-level federation committee. My daughters see me differently now — and that is the greatest change."
"I joined the tailoring course with borrowed money for bus fare. Six months later I opened my own shop. The zero-interest loan from TMA helped me buy my first sewing machine. Now I employ three other women from my village. I never imagined this life was possible for me."
